Simon Cooper
I engaged Simon to deliver a management development programme, spanning six workshops over a period of seven months. We made a change from our previous programme, as we wanted to add something new - a risk which was well worth taking. Each workshop was delivered in Simon's unique way, allowing delegates to discuss and debate and work out their own solutions to problems faced by the recruitment industry in very tough economic times. The input from the delegates was immediate, and they were extremely well supported by Simon throughout.
