Upon joining our membership network, individuals are required to provide us with certain personal details, including their email address. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties unless required to do so by law under an order of a court in the jurisdiction of England. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we hold on all members is kept secure from unlawful access to our database. However, we cannot be held responsible for the unlawful actions of others. 

Members' contact information is available on their profile and therefore, accessible to the public. Upon request and for a nominal annual fee we can provide members with a unique Trainers Direct email address in order to further protect their privacy (details can be found within the members' area).

We will occasionally email members in relation to specific membership issues.
